Welcome to Laois Watch Works. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Custom-built watches (designed and assembled per customer specifications)

Preassembled watches

Budget watches

Used/vintage watches

Watch components and parts

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen display, supplier availability, or the handmade/custom nature of certain items.

3. Ordering & Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-built watches are made to customer specifications and may have longer lead times.

Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Custom items are non-refundable except in cases of defect or statutory rights under EU law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Ireland, the EU, and internationally (where available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are delivered.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer protection laws:

You have the right to withdraw from non-custom purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or post).

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exclusions: Custom-built watches, worn/used items, and certain components may not be eligible for return except where faulty.

7. Warranty & Condition of Goods

New products are sold with the applicable statutory warranty under Irish and EU law.

Used/vintage watches are sold “as described” and may have signs of wear; these are detailed in product listings.

Modifications or improper use void any warranty.

8. Components & DIY Use

Components sold are intended for competent assembly or repair.

Laois Watch Works is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or handling of components.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laois Watch Works shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of this site or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch brands, including but not limited to Seiko, Rolex, Citizen, or any other trademarked brand mentioned or referenced on this website. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to fairly describe compatible products or services.
